Mornington Peninsula Winery Walk

Sat 14th May 2022

TICKETS ON SALE NOW

A favourite event on the Mornington Peninsula, this 7 kilometre walking track from Red Hill to Merricks traces an historic rail track, tasting Mornington Peninsula current release wines and food treats along the way.

This is an all-weather event.  Please dress for the day as sometimes the weather in May can be a little unpredictable.

Meet us in the grounds of St George's Church (across the road from Red Hill Recreation Reserve - it's a Red Hill Football Club home game so new parking arrangements were needed) with the first group leaving from 8am.  Look for the sign!

Walk down the path to Red Hill Epicurean for a taste of Foxey's Sparkling Wine with salumi and breakfast fare to get us started. Then we will walk along the beautiful historic rail trail to a private vineyard of Paringa Estate, showcasing a Chardonnay & Pinot Noir.  Grab your delicious Red Hill apple, then head down the track to another beautiful winery with a matching canape. Keep heading down the track to Stonier, for tasting of wines with a matched canape and finally onto Merricks General Wine Store for a taste of their Baillieu & Elgee wines and a something delicious for lunch. A bus will then take you back to Red Hill to collect your car after your lunch.

Refunds:  There is a strict 7 day refund policy.

Dietary Requirements:   Due to the nature of this event we can only accommodate Vegetarian and Gluten Free. Please email admin@mpva.com.au two weeks prior to the event your name and your group time if you have either of these requirements.

Parking: Please carpool where possible as parking is limited to 80 cars.

Fresh air, glorious views, good company, delicious food and wine...it's a fabulous day out!
