The Mornington Peninsula is a region of spectacular natural beauty with a long history of fruit growing in a cool, maritime climate with prevailing cool southerly winds coming off Bass Strait which moderate temperatures to provide mild growing conditions. This enables us to grow and ripen quality Pinot Noir, a grape that flourishes in a select few regions around the world. In rich volcanic soils of the Peninsula coupled with the maritime climate deliver wines which embody purity and perfume intensity of fruit flavour and lively acidity that is characteristic of Mornington Peninsula wines. The Vignerons of the Mornington Peninsula are a collective of boutique producers that have a passion for growing exceptional fruit, making often very limited quantities of world-class wines, and will be pouring over 120 wines for one night only.
